Responsibilities

The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and acts upon appeals for granting variances, special exceptions, equitable waivers and administrative decisions under the zoning ordinance.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is appointed by the City Manager. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please complete the attached application and submit it to the City Manager's Office. Please understand that your submission is for consideration and does not signify that you will be nominated. Your letter of interest and resume will be kept on file for six months from the date of receipt.
