City of Concord offices and all Concord Public Library branches will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 1st. Trash collection for Monday will be postponed to Tuesday, September 2. Collection for the rest of the week will be delayed by one day through Saturday. The Concord Transfer Station will also be closed on Monday, September 1. Parking is free on Labor Day.
