City of Concord offices, and Concord Public Library and its branches, are closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for Thanksgiving.
Trash and recycling collection for Thursday will be postponed to Friday. Friday's collection will be delayed to Saturday. The Concord Transfer Station is also closed on Thursday.
Bulk leaf collection will not take place on Thanksgiving Day or the day after, but will resume on Monday (weather permitting). There will be no bagged leaf collection on Thursday.
