The City of Concord is monitoring the coronavirus outbreak. Updates will be posted on our website as they become available. See updates here: http://concordnh.gov/1743/Coronavirus.
As of March 17, all City offices and facilities (Community Centers, Libraries, Everett Arena, Beaver Meadow Golf Course) are closed to the public. In an effort to decrease social contact while still providing essential services, we ask that you utilize our online services (www.concordnh.gov) or US mail. A handicapped accessible drop box has been provided inside the entrance of the City Hall Annex, 37 Green Street, 1st floor (Code Administration Division Offices). Envelopes have been supplied for your convenience by the drop box. Please address to the appropriate department for a more efficient response. Please call or email with questions. We are availlable Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will respond promptly to inquiries.

The Code Administration Office is still accepting permit applications. Please place your application in the drop box. Any plans can be left on the table. Please DO NOT include payment at this time-we will follow-up.
Our General Services office, water treatment facility, and wastewater treatment facility are also closed to the public until further notice. Please utilize our website at www.concordnh.gov/generalservices or call our office at (603) 228-2737 for inquiries or to report a concern. Utility bills can be paid online, by phone, by mail, or in our drop box (visit www.concordnh.gov/utilitybilling for details).
We are working with Casella on contingency plans for curbside trash and recycling collection to remain a priority in the event that the coronavirus possibly impacts the timing of pick-up. At this time, collection remains on schedule and the Transfer Station remains open. If you have to use a product other than toilet paper, please remember to not flush it down your toilet even if it is marked as a "flushable" product, and to instead place it in the trash to avoid back-ups and clogging the sanitary sewer system or your septic system.
The RV Waste Station will be available by appointment only. If you need to make an appointment, please call (603) 230-3858.
