The City of Concord is experiencing a significant outage of its Munis software and related platforms. All available resources from the City and Munis have been working diligently to find and correct the problem. It appears to be an isolated software issue.
CURRENTLY AFFECTED:
- Tax and utility billing payments: tax and utility billing payments can be made in person by check only, by mailing a check to the City of Concord, PO Box 9622, Manchester, NH 03108, or by phone by calling 1-888-312-1873 (a nominal convenience fee will apply)
- CSS Permit Portal and Energov portal: Paper permits are being temporarily accepted at the Code Administration Office at 37 Green Street. Staff can assist with the process. For a Planning Office issue, please call (603) 225-8515.
Car registrations can still be processed in the Collections Office.
