All City offices will be closed on Friday, December 31 for the New Year's holiday. Trash and recycling collection will not be postponed. Since the holiday occurs on the weekend, collection will follow the regular schedule for the week of December 27. The Concord Transfer Station will be closing at noon on Friday, December 31 and will be closed through 8 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2022. Happy holidays from the City of Concord.
