The Parks and Recreation Department is excited to offer a FREE program held at the City-Wide Community Center on Saturdays and Sundays called SPARC. This program is designed to provide Concord and Penacook resident youth and families with a free, safe space on weekend afternoons during the winter season to learn, grow, and strengthen community bonds through structured play and activities.
