City offices including the library will be closing at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27. All City offices including the library are closed on Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day on Thursday (11/28) and the rest of the week.
