Nature Camp

The summer of 2019 Nature Camp is a half day camp that explores the natural world using the resources of Whites Park, Concord, New Hampshire.  The camp hours are 8:30-12:00 pm for six weeks, Monday through Friday for children in grades 1-4. Campers should be prepared to be outside in all weather.  The camp will present nature explorations using planned curriculum, child lead learning, and immersive experiences.

Weekly Curriculum: Due to the nature of nature camp, the curriculum is just part of the experience, children will be encouraged to explore at all times.  Children will explore the natural world through art, drawing, writing, games, books, instruction, and immersive experiences.

Meteorology: Weather and the Water Cycle


Required: Water bottle, Sun block (applied before drop off as well), insect repellent, appropriate clothing, medications

It is recommended your child comes with a backpack or bag filled with:

Change of clothes or swim clothes for rainy days, layers, bag for wet clothes, water bottle, snack, sun block, Insect repellent and hat

Please label all of your child’s belongings!
