Winter Carnival

Winter Carnival will kick off at 10:30am with the White Park Ugly Sweater 5K sponsored by the Friends of White Park & Concord Parks & Recreation Winter Carnival will host the following activities from 12 - 4 pm Face Painting 1:00-2:00pm Ice skating race 2:30pm Best Snowman winner announced at 3:30pm Bonfire 1:00 – 4:00pm Sledding Hill & Ice Skating (weather permitting) will be open all day. Come enjoy fun with the whole family!
