Residents with curbside trash collection can participate in the City's Spring Leaf Collection, April 25 - June 4, by placing leaves at the curb in biodegradable yard waste bags or rigid containers labeled for leaves by 7:00 a.m. on their scheduled trash day.
Please note the following streets to be closed and the timeframes for each:
North State Street at Pleasant Street (northbound), 4 PM - 8:30 PM
North State Street at Capitol Street (northbound), 4 PM - 8:30 PM
North State Street at Centre Street (southbound), 4 PM - 8:30 PM
Green Street, between Centre Street and School Street, 6 PM - 8 PM
Park Street, between North Main Street and North State Street, 12 PM - 8:30 PM
Capitol Street, between North Main Street and North State Street (eastbound), 12 PM - 8:30 PM
Warren Street, between Green Street and North State Street, 4 PM - 7 PM
Capitol Street will be closed between Green Street and North State Street; and North State Street will be closed between Centre Street and School Street.

For meetings held in the City Council Chambers, any person who is unable to access the upper level of the Council Chambers to address the City Council or any other public body may use the podium and/or microphone located at the lower level of the Council Chambers. Other reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.

The City Hall lobby is the official location for meeting and agenda postings and not this web site.
