Want to experience a luxurious shower while saving water, energy, and possibly even money on utility bills?  Consider upgrading your showerhead to a high perform-ance WaterSense* labeled showerhead in celebration of WaterSense's "Shower Better Month" - or better yet, enter for a chance to win one of three Shower Better Bundles through our E-Z Pay for WaterSense contest!  Shower Better Bundles include a water saving pail; a high performance WaterSense showerhead; a 4 minute shower timer; a duck shower cap; and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a shower sponge, and a towel.

To enter, simply enroll in the City's automatic utility billing payment plan, E-Z Pay.  E-Z Pay automatically deducts your water bill from your authorized bank account, so you never have to worry about making a late payment.  Enroll in E-Z Pay in person at the Utility Billing Office, located at 311 North State Street, or complete and return the online form by mail or in person.  All new and existing E-Z Pay customers, as of 5:00 PM on October 20th, will be entered for a chance to win one of three Shower Better Bundles.
