Due to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, local government bodies are authorized to meet electronically. Please note that there is no physical location for electronic meetings. Members of the government body have the ability to communicate during electronic meetings through the Zoom platform.

For the electronic meeting to be held by the Penacook Village Tax Increment Finance District Advisory Board on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., the public has access to listen and participate by following the respective link, or by dialing the respective number and entering the Meeting ID at the prompt.

The mission of the Community Development Department is to establish a customer service oriented development assistance and review process that provides for necessary safety, environmental, and community concerns in a well-coordinated, timely, predictable, and cost efficient and effective manner. The Concord Community Development Department strives to foster success stories within our City.
